At MedievalExtreme, we are committed to delivering exceptional gear crafted with precision and care. To provide transparency and manage expectations, here are the estimated production times for each category:

Basic Armor and basic armor kits: 18-22 weeks
Advanced armor 30+ weeks
Helmets 12-18 months
Under armor padded kits: 18-22 weeks
Basic brigandines, scales skirts: 18-20 weeks
Shields without a logo: 12-16 weeks (logo time depends on how complicated it is)
Weapons: 6-10 weeks
Armor Stands and furniture: 4-6 weeks
Footwear: 4-6 weeks
Sabatons: 24+ weeks
Soft armor (Training Gear): 4-8 weeks

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the website in USD. Please note that any other currency will be converted to USD when paying.

You can pay for your order using PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Shipping and Warranty

We will provide you with a tracking number. We ship goods worldwide via standard international airmail. Delivery takes 16-21 days in most countries. Shipping to Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Central America, South America, Africa, and China may take up to 4 weeks. Additionally, shipping time can be significantly increased due to customs clearance, postal service errors, and unforeseen circumstances. If your order should be delivered on a certain date, please get in touch with us before purchase, otherwise your order will be sent by standard local mail. Also, do not forget to specify the date of your deadline in the comments to your order. Claims are not accepted in case of the wrong address, an absence of the recipient at the stated address at the time of delivery, or unclaimed parcels. In such cases, the order will be sent to you again at your expense. Please note that taxes or customs fees aren’t included in the prices on our site. But, we will do our best to assist you in customs matters, if any (for example, documents and invoices).
