Production Time Guidelines

At MedievalExtreme, we are committed to delivering exceptional gear crafted with precision and care. To provide transparency and manage expectations, here are estimated production times for each category:

  • Advanced Armor and Helmets: Crafted meticulously, these pieces may take 24 weeks or more for production.
  • Basic Armor: approximately 20 weeks for production.
  • Under Armor Padded Kits: 24 weeks.
  • Basic Brigandines, Scales Skirts: These timeless pieces take around 16 weeks.
  • Shields without a Logo: Personalized shields without logos take 8-12 weeks to produce, combining form and function.
  • Weapons: estimated production time of 8-10 weeks.
  • Armor Stands: Custom armor stands, crafted with care, have a production timeline of 4-6 weeks.
  • Footwear: Durable footwear, essential for any warrior, is crafted in 2-4 weeks for optimal performance.
  • Soft Armor (Training Gear): Prioritizing safety and quality, our soft armor for training typically requires 2-4 weeks for production.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the website in USD. Please note that any other currency will be converted to USD when paying.

You can pay for your order using AmazonPay, Paypal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Shipping and Warranty

We can provide you with a tracking number. We ship goods worldwide via standard international airmail. Delivery takes 16-21 days in most countries. Shipping to Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Central America, South America, Africa, and China may take longer, up to 4 weeks. Also, the shipping time can be significantly increased due to customs clearance, errors of the postal service, and force-majors. If your order should be delivered on a certain date, please get in touch with us before purchase, otherwise your order will be sent by standard local mail. Also, do not forget to specify the date of your deadline in the comments to your order. Claims are not accepted in case of the wrong address, an absence of the recipient at the stated address at the time of delivery, or unclaimed parcels. In such cases, the order will be sent to you again at your expense. Please, note that taxes or customs fees aren’t included in the prices at our site. But, we will do our best to assist you in customs matters, if any (for example, documents and invoices).

EU customers: please keep in mind that customs duties are not included in the price of goods and may be charged additionally upon receipt of the parcel.
