After your order is placed, we manually review the order details, selected options, and measurements if they were attached. If everything is clear, we forward the order to the workshop. If measurements or order details are missing, unclear, or unusual, we will contact you by email before production starts.
Once the item is finished, it goes through final checking and packing before shipping.
