Description
Looking for reliable and affordable leg protection for your next armored combat tournament? Look no further than the Basic Floating Thighs + Poleyns. Made from hardened spring steel 65 G, this model has withstood the test of time and battle, having been used by hundreds of fighters at various BI/IMCF/HMB/ACS championships.
With solid steel thigh and side segments that protect you from sneaky strikes, these legs provide a secure fit with wide leather arming points and leather straps.
Another key point is the large poleyns (knees) that add extra protection for your knees outside and inside. The additional plate attached from below prevents gaps between your knees and greaves. It fastens with leather arming points to your belt and 3 straps around the leg to ensure it stays in place during the battle.
Specifications:
- Hardened spring steel 65 G
- The thickness of the tight is 1 mm ( 1.2 mm by request)
- The thickness of the knees is 1.5 mm
- Weight of the set 5030 g (11 lbs) – for XL size
As a result, we designed them with simplicity, durability, and affordability in mind. These hardened steel legs have been used by world-class fighters and champions. So whether you’re a beginner or an experienced sportsman, these legs are perfect for you. Don’t let a lack of leg protection hold you back in your next fight.

Its very comfy, like a lil brig for my hips!
It looks awesome, and is easy to wear!
Fits really well with the boots, works great if you order the combo.
I love how comfortable they are, and the black leather looks awesome!
Very handsome, I like the fact that the heel has no metal on it.
Extremely light, super fun to use!
Well balanced, and durable. I heard longswords are hard to make well, but mine is super good and easy to use!
Really well balanced towards the hilt. Flicks great, and is super light.
Great quality to price ratio.
Good bundle if you actually fight. Both feel solid enough for armored combat. I like having both options in the same kit because you never know what weapon will feel better for a specific case.
